This poster is in Very Good to Fine condition and was Linenbacked.

 I believe most collectors would be happy to display it on their wall, but you be the judge from the picture above.

Prior to Linen backing the poster had small tears and small paper loss in several places in the vertical foldline.  There was a 1/2" circular hole near the left edge of the center foldline in the red background area.  There were tears, pinholes, smudges, and small paper loss around the edges of the poster.  Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking.  The poster was pretty well backed, but it is slightly "lifted" from the linen in the middle of the left border (any restorer could easily re-glue this area without re-backing the poster).

Linen-backing is used to preserve movie posters which makes the movie poster much easier to display.  Linenbacking adds to the value of the movie poster and makes the quality more visible.
