This poster is in Very Good to Fine condition and was Linenbacked.

 I believe most collectors would be happy to display it on their wall, but you be the judge from the picture above.

Prior to Linen backing the poster had tape on the reverse of the vertical foldline in the area between the top and bottom crossfolds, and there was some paper loss in that area as well.  There were creases, tears, and tiny paper loss in the top 1/4 of the vertical foldline.  There were pinholes, creass, and tears around the edges of the poster.  Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking.  The poster was nicely backed and displays beautifully.

Linen-backing is used to preserve movie posters which makes the movie poster much easier to display.  Linenbacking adds to the value of the movie poster and makes the quality more visible.
