This poster is in Very Good to Fine condition and was Linenbacked.

 I believe most collectors would be happy to display it on their wall, but you be the judge from the picture above.

Prior to Linen backing the poster had folds, pin holes in each corner, small paper loss at the center, upper and lower borders.  Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. 

The poster was linen backed extremely well and the poster displays beautifully.

Linen-backing is used to preserve movie posters which makes the movie poster much easier to display.  Linenbacking adds to the value of the movie poster and makes the quality more visible.
