An Original Vintage Theater-Used Movie Title Lobby Card

(measures 11" x 14") from La Verite (released in the U.S. in 1961 as "The Truth"), the 1960 Henri-Georges Clouzot French courtroom lawyer legal crime thriller ("Can you take the shock of the truth?") starring Brigitte Bardot, Charles Vanel, Paul Meurisse (billed as "with the participation of Paul Merurisse"), Louis Seigner ("Member of the Comedie Francaise"), and Marie-Jose Nat.  Condition: fine or better.

 

While filming Henri-Georges Clouzot's La Verite, the press reported Bardot attempted suicide on her 26th birthday. She recovered and production went on schedule.  Her movie become France's top moneymaker for the year.
