SKU: Click Here for Super Size Image Movie Theater Poster for CARY GRANT in "None but the Lonely Heart" 1944
starring: Cary Grant as Ernie Mott Barry Fitzgerald as Henry Twite
None But The Lonely Heart (RKO, 1944). One Sheet (27" X 41"). "They say money talks...all it's ever said to me is goodbye." This was the first film directed by Clifford Odets, a writer known for his heavy dramas ("Golden Boy," "The Country Girl"). Cary Grant received a Best Actor Oscar nomination for his role as a Cockney drifter, looking for love and hope in his impoverished city. The role was a radical departure from Grant's usual performances, and remains one of his best. Ethel Barrymore won Best Supporting Actress for her wonderful turn as Grant's mother. This one sheet has pinholes, edge chips, minor tears, and fold wear with slight separations. The poster has been professionally restored and mounted on linen, and it has a very clean appearance. Fine- on Linen.
I believe most collectors would be happy to display it on their wall, but you be the judge from the picture above.
Linen-backing is used to preserve movie posters which makes the movie poster much easier to display. Linenbacking adds to the value of the movie poster and makes the quality more visible.
This poster will ship rolled.
