 Linen French Poster ( 30"x45" ).

This Linen French Poster is in Very Good to Fine condition; Please note that the edges have wear and tear (look at the close -up picture at the bottom of ad). This poster has been linen-backed and you may still see some slight evidence of the restoration and/or the defects when you look at the poster from inches away, and you may be able to see slight signs of restoration (or small unrestored defects) even from a distance, but they are surely the type that are not very noticeable or distracting.  The poster does have wear around the edges that you can see from our Super-size picture. The poster now looks quite nice, and I think most collectors would be quite happy to display this poster on their wall.

Pre-Restoration Defects & Quality of Restoration: This poster was linenbacked, and it had defects which were either only somewhat repaired during the linenbacking process, or more significant defects that were quite nicely repaired during the linenbacking process (we describe both the defects as well as the quality of the restoration below, and based on those comments, you can easily determine which type of poster it is). You should also look at our "super-sized" image of the actual poster (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information about linenbacked posters to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!).
